I have an MSc in Dynamic and Earthquake engineering in Sheffield university. I have been teaching privately students from all around the UK since 2015.
I can teach remotely through Skype or any other method available

Here is my Advice:

1-it is better if you look for a tutor and start working on the module from the beginning of the term rather than waiting till one month before the exam especially if the module is big and time consuming.

2-If you need help in MatLab only, but you`re major is not related to civil and structural engineering chances are you need help in something else other than MatLab itself, most probably i cannot help you.

Finally...
Kindly note that If I can help you but you are expecting me to privetly work on your problem/coursework without meeting you. i.e. solve it on my own time. then you will pay for that too. It is not for free just because we are not meeting.

Availability: This is negotiable. I have a busy schedule but I shall fit you in my schedule considering the time that suits you too.

Experience: Civil & Structural engineering subjects (Structural mechanics & analysis, Civil engineering Mathematics, Concrete/Steel design, Foundation design, Soil mechanics. Using Eurocode/BS for design)
MATLAB (but not simulink)
ANSYS 15 (dynamic and concrete analysis, APDL programming)
AutoCAD 2D/3D with material/lighting rendering.
Autodesk Revit
Photoshop. Microsoft Office word and excel.
