Information about Rachel Clare
I have a wealth of experience teaching all years from those who need a little help to those who aspire to Oxbridge. I have successfully tutored pupils applying to Medical school, Vet sciences and Dentistry. Presently I teach at a local grammar school and am a Physics A level examiner. I am familiar with all the major examination syllabi including OCR, AQA and Edexcel. I have Masters degree in Teaching and Learning from the University of Bath with a focus on digital learning Science literacy skills. All too often pupils focus upon knowledge rather than skill for their examinations and this compromises chances of the higher grades and levels.
Happy to teach online or in person. I use Teams or Skype and have access to all the relevant past paper and question banks. I can prepare assessments tailored to need and specification and keep guardians and carers updated on a weekly basis.
Availability: weekdays weekends

Really great to have found her at such short notice. She was very accommodating and she was very good with my daughter.

In the brief time Rachel helped us, she was great. She explained things well and our son found this helpful.

Rachel was a fantastic A level tutor for my son - she made all the topics much more accessible and despite his teenage linguistic deficiencies she appeared to encourage him to contribute to a dialogue on some difficult material. I would certainly recommend.
