Information about Ryan
I am an experienced and qualified teacher of mathematics, statistics, mechanics, decision maths, business studies, and economics. I have been teaching for twenty years and am comfortable with KS2 through KS5, as well as undergraduate mathematics and economics. Additionally, I can tutor mathematics for SAT, GRE, and GMAT, along with a range of other standardized entrance exams. I have taught in the Caribbean, USA, and the UK from the primary, secondary, through to the tertiary level.
I have a MSc in Economics, a MSc in Financial Mathematics, and a MSc in Mathematical Sciences, with a BA in Economics and International Studies (minor in maths).
I have the easy breeziness of the Caribbean temperament in my tutoring, strengthened with high aspirations for my tutee`s achievement. I look forward to working alongside you to realize your academic ambitions.

Experience: I have taught secondary mathematics for 15 years and tertiary mathematics for 5 years including 11+, 13+ and IB Standard/Higher. Along the way I have also taught Statistics, Economics, Critical Thinking, Accounting, Business Studies, and Sociology.

Ryan explains both hard and easy topics very clearly and has the patience to explain solutions multiple times when I’m being slow. He’s funny friendly and approachable and even makes me laugh about maths. I would totally recommend him.

Ryan is an excellent tutor! He is making a huge difference to our daughter`s confidence with her A-level Economics! He manages to teach a lot of content while keeping things lighthearted and fun.
