Mian Asbat

I am PhD in Computer Science with over 15 years of professional working experience. I have been frequently involved in large number of projects related to Data analysis, automation, web development, mobile app development, software development and Linux/Unix system administration including Apache (httpd), mariadb, mysql, mongodb, ftp etc. Over the years my duties have been as Lecturer of Computer Science, System Engineer, Network Administrator, Research Associate in Machine Learning and Data Mining in Imperial College London and currently I am working in NHS as Bioinformatician and Systems Administrator.

Availability: I am available on weekdays from 6pm to 9pm and all day on Sunday.

Experience: My main subjects are computing GCSE, AS and A Level. I am expert of basic software packages like Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) to advanced statistical package SPSS and data mining languages R and Python. I have in depth knowledge of operating systems including Mac OS, Windows, Linux etc. I have full control on languages like Python, R, Perl, PHP, Java, HTML5, CSS, C++, C, Visual studio .NET, C#, ASP.NET and Javascri pt. I have configured many linux servers and I taught Linux server administration. I am fluent in writing bash, sh, perl scri pts.
