Hi, I am a Portuguese musician who was born and raised in Portugal, and I have lived in Portugal for 23 years until I moved to London in September 2017. I have a degree in Popular Music Performance - Bass.

I am available to tutor either online or in person, and I am willing to teach people of all levels until degree level (Electric Bass, Music Theory). I can also teach Piano/Guitar to beginners and I have ABRSM Grade 5 in Music Theory.

Prior to moving to London in September 2017 I released my debut album which I composed and arranged myself. You can hear my bass playing on:

As a tutor I am very passionate about teaching because there is no better feeling to me than seeing my students improve on a weekly basis. I teach a broad range of electric bass techniques (fingerstyle, slap, tapping, chordal melody and harmonics) and a variety of styles such as pop, rock, blues, metal, jazz, etc.

Experience: I have a year and a half of experience as a bass and guitar teacher. During this time I taught ages ranging from 6 up to 60 years old. During my time in uni I also mentored a couple of my classmates in music theory helping them achieve better marks in the exams.
