Bubbly, enthusiastic and encouraging with tons of patience. I’ve worked with primary school children for more than 12 years, taking whole classes, groups and 1-2-1 lessons( KS2). Preparation in exam techniques, including SATs and 11+. Extensive knowledge working with SEN children. Areas of teaching including: English( Writing and Comprehension), SPaG, handwriting and all areas of Maths.

Experienced private tutor ( year 3-6) raising academic levels with all the children I’ve worked with.

I thoroughly enjoy engaging with young students and imparting knowledge and relish those ‘eureka’ moments! I pride myself on, not only raising academic standards, but also developing personal self-esteem and confidence within each child.

I’m particularly organised and will prepare and tailor learning to meet each child’s individual needs, making lessons fun and creative; so they not only improve academically and gain confidence, but also enjoy their 1-2-1 lessons.

Availability: Afternoons, evenings and most weekends are all fine!
