I am a third year Modern Languages and Cultures student at Durham University, specialising in Spanish and Russian. I graduated from the International Baccalaureate Diploma scheme (equivalent of A levels) which has given me a wide range of experience in subjects ranging from mathematical studies to essay/language based disciplines. I achieved 41 points out of a maximum of 45 in the following subjects: Maths, French and Spanish (HL) and English, Economics and Physics. I also achieved 10 A*s in my GCSEs.
I am a friendly and easy-going person and would be very keen to work with you and give you my support. As a recent school leaver, I am very familiar with the current syllabus/exam boards and hope I can give you the benefit of my experience.

Experience: I have experience working as a language assistant at Bedford Girls’ School, a role which involved both conversation and grammar lessons, to GCSE standard. I tutored and served as a mentor for both French and Spanish pupils, helping to mark their work and explain mistakes. I find students respond well to me as I can approach classroom topics in an accessible and clear manner.

I have tutored 3 GCSE students thus far, one in Maths, French and Spanish.
