I am a recent graduate from Cambridge University with a BA in Natural Sciences (Chemistry/Physics/Maths) and a MSci in Material Science and Metallurgy. I offer one-to-one tuition in mathematics and science in Amersham. I also offer project based learning lessons for groups of children in order to broaden their critical thinking skills. I am able to cover all ages and ability levels and focus on instilling confidence in students by starting with the fundamentals in each subject. Whilst I am a stickler for results and insist on homework being completed, I ensure students find their lessons enjoyable and engaging. With a comprehensive bank of resources available at the tuition centre, I am able to tailor my approach to suit the needs of each student.

I have a strong educational background and relevant work experience. This enables me to demonstrate to students how mathematics and science can be applied to real life scenarios. This approach often sparks a new found interest in the subject.

I am confident I can help you with your studies. I can help you prepare for exams and/or go back to basics. I am also able to work with SEN students as I am able to call on the support of a Speech & Language Therapist, an Educational Psychologist and a Mental Health Nurse if required.
