Information about Ben
Hi I`m Ben. I have fifteen years experience teaching A Level Music Technology and four years as Head of Music in an OFSTED Outstanding college. I am a registered Pearson/Edexcel Examiner for A Level Music Technology, Pearson Moderator and Private Tutor.
My experience includes teaching and examining Level 2 and Level 3 BTEC Music and Music Technology and UAL qualifications. I also have also taught Yamaha and RSL drum kit qualifications and examined Yamaha drum kit Grades.
A music producer, composer and multi-instrumentalist I play Drums, Guitar, Bass and Piano and have years of experience performing live and collaborating with artists as a producer.
From my home studio, I can teach all aspects of Music Technology and support students working with a wide variety of DAWs. I have a great deal of experience and success supporting students through the qualification, this includes support and strategies for achieving highest marks in:

Ben was superb in helping my daughter in her final year of her Music Technology A Level. Although reluctant at first to have a tutor my daughter soon realised how good Ben was at explaining both theory and practical elements of the subject. She achieved the required grades to be accepted at her first choice University. I can`t recommend and thank Ben enough.

He is a really responsible teacher. Over these 2 years of study with him, the progress and improvement I had in music tech is immeasurable. Just finished music tech Alevel exam, thought it was really easy!!
