Hi, I’m Alice and I am passionate about helping students reach their full potential in their chosen studies. My approach is student focused- I like to understand their learning styles to create an individual, structured session that will benefit them the most. I think regular reviews are also important in allowing students to keep up with larger chunks of work in a manageable way. I am currently a third year medical student at the University of Nottingham so can empathise with how stressful exams can be. I believe that my fairly recent experience as the first peer group completing the new 9-1 GCSE course gives me a unique understanding of the course content and how this is examined, meaning I can easily relate to students with a fresh perspective on their subjects.

Availability: As a medical student I am often busy 9-5 on weekdays so would be available for weekday evenings and weekends. Depending on how flexible you are able to be, I could also do times in the day over the summer if my timetable allows it. In my next placement I have Mondays free so would be available at any point.
