Experience: I am a music teacher, composer, producer and performer. I have been studying Sitar and Indian Classical Music since I was fourteen, and before that was a student of Western Classical and Jazz Piano. I come from a mixed Indian, British and French family.

My teaching focuses on accessibility and detail. I have taught a number of beginners who have had no experience in any music before, and on the other end have taught experienced composers. Whatever your ability, I will tailor the teaching experience to you and your preferences. There are many pathways one can take in Indian music, and we can focus on the elements that interest you most, as well as of course the fundamentals.

It is worth noting that I am able to teach Indian Classical Music to people proficient in other instruments as well. I will teach from the Sitar, which is can be in D, C# or C. Provided you have a good understanding of your instrument, we will be able to transfer the Indian Classical theory and practice to that instrument.
