Information about Clare
I have been tutoring now for over 20 years, both in London and more recently in Salisbury. I am also an experienced examiner for one of the major exam boards, as well as having experience of teaching GCSE and A Level English in schools and colleges. My students enjoy the more relaxed and personal approach that I offer, supporting what they are doing at school and focusing on their particular strengths and weaknesses and offering focused help towards exam success. My former students have a good record of success in their exams, with most exceeding their predicted grades.
Availability: Most students come to me in the evening after school but I can also be available during the day if this is appropriate. During COVID restrictions I will only be teaching online via ZOOM

Experience: Over 20 years as a tutor, examiner since 1996 (senior examiner for 15 years ), 6+ years teaching plus graduate teaching experience before qualification as a teacher.

It`s early days, my son has had 4 lessons, but Clare seems to be a perfect match. This is a perfect location for us and the learning environment appears to be just what we were after.
