I am a fully qualified Science teacher (Biology specialism) with over 15 years of experience, both in the classroom and as a tutor. I have been Head of Biology since 2008 and have taught a wide range of students both AS and A2 Biology and G.C.S.E Biology. I am familiar with a wide range of specifications.

Availability: I am available most weekday evenings, at the weekend and during the daytime in the school holidays.

Experience: As a Biology graduate, I am passionate about my subject in a way that helps to motivate and inspire students of all abilities. I have tutored Key Stage 3, GCSE and A Level students including an Oxbridge candidate who has gone on to study medicine at Cambridge. My goal as a tutor is to help students both reach for and fulfil their potential. I carefully tailor each session to the needs of the individual, thereby boosting their confidence and so enabling them to achieve their academic goals. Seeing students grow in confidence and getting the results they deserve is a very rewarding experience and I know that one to one support makes that difference.
