Hello,

I am a masters graduate in both mathematics from the University of Bristol, and economics from University College London. Mathematics is one of my great passions because it underpins all other sciences and the logical thinking it develops is incredibly valuable in almost every aspect of life.

I have tutored since 2013 and have covered 7+, 11+, GCSE, A-level, A-level Further Maths, adult learner GSCE equivalent, numerical and logical reasoning tests for graduate schemes and degree level mathematics. I have taught a wide range of exam boards at these levels. Whether you are looking to just pass or become completely proficient in a syllabus, I can help.

It is my belief that mathematics is something everyone can enjoy, because everyone finds that moment when it “clicks” satisfying. I tailor lessons to the student’s needs and adjust to ensure they think about problems in the way that works best for them. Although mathematics is universal, there are many ways of attacking problems and often there is no “best” method.

Whatever your problems in mathematics, please do get in touch. I have applied maths in broad fields including economics, physics and finance and am happy to talk about things and suggest pathways without arranging any lessons.

Experience: GCSE: Edexcel and OCR exam boards, higher and foundation tier, have also taught IGCSE;

A-level: Edexcel, OCR, AQA, IB diploma, Cambridge pre-U across regular and further maths. I have taught all the core, statistics and mechanics units;

Entrance exams: 7+ and 11+;

Degree level: Broad range of units mainly focused on pure (analysis and algebra), applied (calculus and differential equations) and mechanics (quantum and classical).

I have taught children with special needs and have given weekend classes in schools as well as privately.
