I’ve been passionate about the French language from a very young age. When I was about 6, I remember looking forward to Sunday mornings learning French from a BBC radio course with my Dad and later, sat as a teenager in my bedroom late at night, listening to what was called ‘la noisy pop’ (aka indie music) on the very crackly long wave signal from France Inter.
Thankfully, these days, it is so much easier to access fantastic French resources: online, on the radio or on TV. It’s important to have a good teacher to guide you on your linguistic journey which is where I’d like to help!
I have a degree in French and Spanish from Sheffield University and have lived in Paris. I’ve been teaching French to all levels and ages for 8 years now and absolutely love passing on my passion and knowledge of French and France to others.

In addition to individual lessons, I run small and friendly online groups for adult beginner, post GCSE and post A-level (£11/hour). I also run fun French Clubs for primary aged children and GCSE groups.
