I am a qualified Maths teacher as well as an experienced and successful tutor, having worked in education for over 8 years. I studied Maths at degree level, receiving my BSc in Mathematics from the Univeristy of Liverpool.

I have experience working with pupils from KS2 through to GCSE Maths and also working with prospective teachers doing their QTS Numeracy test. I am a successful examiner for Edexcel at both KS2 and GCSE. This allows me up to date knowledge of the expectations of the exam boards and I factor this into my tuition programme.

I have seen first hand the progress and reward that comes from effective one-to-one support and strive to continue to assist students in realising their potential.

Due to the current situation with regards to COVID-19 I have adapted how I deliver my tutoring sessions. For the foreseeable future I will deliver my lessons online through Zoom, this allows for a safer and more interactive tutoring experience. My current students have took to the switch very well and find the new sessions very useful. If you would like further details on how the sessions work then please get in touch.

Currently I have availability on Monday and Thursday evenings. I do also have a number of slots during school hours if this is appropriate to what you are looking for.
