I am an experienced, expert Mathematics teacher, offering individual tuition to students in Key Stages 4 and 5 (Years 9 to 13).

Lessons can be tailored to fill gaps in understanding, or I can shadow the topics done in their school. Where students are unsure of their areas of strength and in need of development, I am happy to send a test paper via email for the student to take prior to our first lesson. This data will also be useful in the initial consultation with the student and parent(s).

I believe that given enough support, encouragement and guided `deliberate` practice time, every student can achieve; and equally every student can improve from their current working-at-grade.

I am also able to use Zoom to teach remotely.

Availability: Monday to Friday: after 6:00pm
Saturdays and Sundays: time is flexible, depending on distance

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: * 20+ years` teaching experience in four comprehensive secondary schools in England, including at A Level Mathematics.

* 14+ years` experience as the UK Mathematics Trust Coordinator, organising individual and team Maths Challenges, Kangaroos and Olympiads for the schools.

* Marking GCSE papers as an Examiner for Pearson Edexcel since 2016.
