My name is Ripandeep . I am a qualified primary school teacher with 16 years of dedicated experience in the education sector. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for teaching and supporting children to reach their full potential.

Currently, I work in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU), where I specialize in supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role has given me the invaluable opportunity to work closely with vulnerable and often overlooked children, helping them overcome challenges and thrive both academically and personally.

My experience in the PRU has deepened my understanding of the complex needs of children with SEMH difficulties and has allowed me to implement tailored strategies that foster emotional regulation, resilience, and positive behavior. I am committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, heard, and empowered.

Supporting children with SEMH needs has not only enhanced my teaching skills but also strengthened my empathy, patience, and adaptability. I am passionate about continuing to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to the wellbeing and success of all the children I work with.

Availability: Every evening after 5pm and weekends
