I am a hardworking person that always trying to help others especially when it comes to education. I am a university student that is doing a teaching degree with a maths specialism hence my area of expertise is maths. I like to support others and make sure that the person fully understands what is being taught before moving on to the next topic. if there are barriers to learning which may arise then I will find other methods to make it easier and see the equation or mathematical problem from a different view.

Experience: I have been tutoring for a while where I have been able to help students push through grade boundaries to achieve higher. I have been through tutoring myself when I was younger so I know how much support and motivation is needed which is a key factor those tend to forget. I will proceed with a lesson as follows. I intend to firstly explain the theory behind the topic whilst showing examples along the way making sure there is a full understanding otherwise revisit the area of misunderstanding. Further to that I will set out questions which need to be answered and if answered correctly then move on to the next section otherwise explain where the student went wrong and try more examples until understood. Once a topic is covered and understood then there will be a test to see if the student can recall everything learnt so far.
