As a former Secondary School Senior Leader and Head of Department in a secondary school, I held whole-school responsibility in an OFSTED-rated Outstanding institution. With 13 years of classroom teaching experience, I have consistently delivered outstanding results across KS3, KS4, and KS5 in subjects including Science, Maths, and English. At KS5, I have taught science, business, and economics, and I have several years of dedicated experience working with SEND students, ensuring their progress and success.

Having experience teaching a diverse range of students, including high achievers, a struggling combined science class, and those at the very lowest ability levels, I have consistently delivered strong results. In my most recent triple science class of 24 students, 100% achieved their forecast grades (7-9s), with 80% surpassing their predicted grades by at least one level. In combined science, 100% of students met their forecast grades, and I have also added significant value for foundation-tier students, ensuring progress even at the lowest ability levels.
