I attended school in Wolverhampton before reading Physics at Oxford, followed by a D.Phil in Astrophysics. After working briefly as a software engineer I spent a year in Central America before returning to the UK to begin a career teaching Physics. In 2019 I took a job teaching IB Physics in an international school before COVID intervened. I returned to the UK in 2020 and since then I have been largely retired but taking some part-time teaching.

Experience: I have 30 years experience teaching Physics in leading UK independent schools, with twenty years as Head of Physics. I have taught GCSE, A-Level and IB, with extensive experience and success at preparing students for Oxford and Cambridge. I am also experienced at teaching online.
