Hello, I`m Louisa.
I am a secondary school physics teacher in my 37th year of teaching.
I have 31 years experience in the UK state sector but am now teaching at a highly academic independent school in Shropshire.
I have taught KS3, GSCE and A level physics throughout those 37 years with particular experience teaching WJEC physics to GCSE and A level, and now AQA physics A level and IGCSE physics.
On a personal level, I live with my husband in rural mid Wales. I have 2 grown up sons, and 3 grandchildren.

Experience: Besides all the physics teaching described above, I have held positions of responsibility including Head of Physics, Head of Science, and Assistant Headteacher. I also served on the board of the IOP publication Physics Education for some years. I have been an exam marker for WJEC for A level. I have also done private tutoring for local individuals in their homes.
Before I began teaching in 1987 I worked as a geophysicist for a couple if years - but teaching physics is my passion.
