Academic Tutoring:

I work in two Russel Group Universities, undertaking academic teaching as well as instructing in academic skills. I have fifteen years` of teaching experience at A Level, GCSE and KS3, in addition to teaching in higher education. I have taught every type of student, including those with English as a second language, with additional needs and with low levels of motivation. I have tutored at KS3, GCSE, A Level and University Level since 2006, with an excellent track record of students achieving desired results. I have also examined at degree, A level and GCSE level, which brings assessment-focussed expertise to my tutoring. I use this extensive experience to provide a tailored, individualised and supportive experience for my tutees.

UCAS Tutoring:

I have a strong track record of aiding successful applications to a full range of universities, including Oxbridge. I provide a tailored service that encompasses the choosing of institutions/courses and also writing effective personal statements.

Details of the hourly rate for this service is found under `entrance examinations` as there is no formal option to select UCAS tuition within this site.


Job applications and life coaching:

I have aided many people of all ages to apply for many positions, from graduate schemes to highly specialised positions in higher education. I have a range and breadth of experience, which in combination with my tutoring and coaching abilities, enable tutees to fulfil their potential in what is a very competitive jobs market.

Availability: Available most evenings and on weekends by arrangement. Other times may be available by negotiation. I am willing to travel to your location or meet in a neutral space. I am also willing to tutor via Skype/analogous service and have extensive experience of distance tutoring.

I have worked on international assignments by arrangement, and would be willing to do so again.
