Information about Matthew
I have been a teacher for over 25 years. I have a Classics Degree from Cambridge University, and I love languages, especially English! I have travelled widely in Europe and also enjoyed two years teaching English in Japan after uni. I have taught in mainstream schools and for the last 12 years or so, I have been teaching smaller groups and in 1-to-1 situations.

Experience: I have experience of teaching in big state schools as well as private schools. I have taught at Tiffin Boys` school in Kingston-Upon-Thames and Chigwell private school. Recently, I have worked as a tutor in a small centre in SW London. I have lots of experience of working with small groups and one-to-one. I love words, grammar, literacy, literature - I just enjoy conveying everything that English has to offer in a fun but meaningful way!
