I am a French national and have worked and lived in the UK for the past 20 years.

I have taught French ever since then, mostly on a part-time basis whilst practicing law.

I teach in schools and in businesses and my clients` linguistic needs are always very different, which makes it most interesting for me.

I am available in the evenings and at the weekend, as I practice law full-time while tutoring part-time.

Availability: Evenings and weekends.

Sophia has been a wonderful tutor - efficient, organised and very friendly! I did one hour per fortnight, and wanted to focus on speaking to prepare for my A-level oral exam. Lessons were much easier than those with language assistants at school as Sophia has been living in the UK for a long time so is totally fluent in English. She got an idea of my standard very quickly and set relevant exercises. I was also set a short piece of homework each lesson. She is able to tailor the lessons to your needs so be sure to discuss exactly what you want from the tutoring and have relevant materials with you on the first lesson to get the most out of it. If working towards an exam, it would be a good idea to explain the exact structure and content of it to help her plan the lessons.
