My name is Angela, I am from Italy, and I have been living in Nottingham since March 2018. I have a degree in Education Studies Level 6, at the” Unimore University”,(equivalence from NARIC available) Reggio Emilia Italy. My English language is level B2. My work experience is from Italy, where I worked for Social Cooperative in Reggio Emilia, who collaborated with schools in the city, to provide an educational staff service from teachers to educators. My city Reggio Emilia is famous in many parts of the world for its kindergarten education system called the Reggio Approach. (Reggio Children Organization ) From this Education approach, I learned my profession and my ideology about Education. I have work experience of 6 years as a Nursery Educator and Educator for children with special needs and specific learning disorders. (reference available)
Also, I worked as Tutor for students with specific learning disorders at my University. The work and objectives with the student that I followed with difficulty in understanding words and text were to find the best way to understand concepts and theories through the concept map.

Availability: I am available Monday to Friday from 5pm.

Experience: My work experience is from Italy, where I worked for Social Cooperative in Reggio Emilia, who collaborated with schools in the city, to provide an educational staff service from teachers to educators. I have training in ABA Method and AAC Technique. (ABA Method is the discipline in which the principles of behavioral analysis are systematically applied to improve socially significant behaviors, and to teach language and communication) - (AAC Technique, Augmentative, and Alternative communication is a Technique about all existing ways of communication, to be taught to those who do not have language, or to severe disability) My specialization consists to build their confidence in their skills, improve social skills, attention and memory.
I worked most of my time (in Italy) with children with special needs or specific learning disorders. In my country, there are no separate schools for special needs, and my work was organized for all children, cognitive activity or hands-on learning experience, for a good relationship between each child and to understand the meaning of disability. I know I specialize in support for special needs, severe level and in particular autism syndrome and tutor for students with a specific learning disorder. Educator in Italy, in England with my degree that has equivalence from N.A.R.I.C., I need to understand, the role related to my experience and degree.
