As a Mechanical Engineering 2nd year student at the University of Bristol, I am looking to aid and guide students studying maths (inc. further) and physics to success, up to the level of a-level. Having recently completed my a-levels, I am still very familiar with the exam technique, teaching tips and the content, which has been reinforced in my first year of university.

I am someone who has struggled to grasp certain concepts in these subjects but from this, I have gained experience and learnt the different techniques used to overcome them, which I will share with my students.

Being a student myself, I can relate to the ‘chore’ of learning, however I will do my best to make learning as engaging and enjoyable as possible. I am keen to share my passion of these subjects with my students, as well as tailoring my teaching to the students preference.

Experience: I am experienced tutor (100+ hours) and have helped several students achieve and exceed the goals that we set out at the start.

In school, I was regularly helping friends with a-level maths, which in turn helped me strengthen my teaching abilities. I have taught year 7’s in maths support at school, as well as voluntarily teaching GCSE Hinduism for two years on Saturday’s.
