I am a friendly, approachable person with lots of experience working with children. I pride myself on my patience and tolerance and have a love for learning and teaching.

I have a wide variety of interests including playing musical instruments, particularly guitar, and also practising karate. I have been committed to these for over ten years now.

I am based near St George`s Cross and am willing to travel within Glasgow provided I can get public transport to you. While I`m happy to travel it might be necessary for me to slightly raise my hourly fee to accommodate this.

Although my profile says I tutor GCSE and A-level, this translates to national 5, higher and advanced higher.

Experience: I have worked as a teaching assistant at a secondary school in Oxford this past year specifically in the science department. There I supported four science classes in years ten and eleven (~S3/S4) through their GCSE`s and one year nine class (~S2) in general science.

I have worked with children throughout the majority of my adult life. This includes volunteering at a children`s summer camp for 8 to 16 year olds every summer and new year which I am still doing. I have also run improvisational drama workshops when I was in my last two years of high school and I have completed a sports leadership course in P.E.

I have recently graduated a Theoretical Physics degree and am pursuing a PGDE in teaching secondary physics.
