Information about Deborah
As a fully-qualified English teacher, with a PGCE in English and 10 years experience teaching 15 to 18 year olds and adults, I can offer online tutoring to those students who need help with GCSE English Language. My experience as an AQA examiner means that I know the GCSE assessment criteria very well and I know exactly what is required in order to pass the exam. Working closely with each student, I focus on their specific needs, with the aim of enhancing their confidence and achieving great results.
Availability: I am available afternoons and after school, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Experience: I have over 10 years experience teaching English to students aged 15 to 18 and adults. As an advanced practitioner, I have also provided training and advice and guidance to other teachers, particularly during the pandemic. My lessons are interactive and engaging, using various online tools.
