Hello, I`m Philippa. I have a first class honours degree in Music journalism and three A-levels in Philosophy (A*), Media (A*), English Language (B) and I have also passed up to grade 6 in the piano. I am extremely enthusiastic about education and about young people fulfilling their potential. Throughout my years of education I have always worked very hard to achieve the best possible grades I could and I believe if a person is willing they really can achieve anything. I am passionate about this viewpoint and I can help you or your child see that they can be the best possible version of themselves with a little hard work, dedication and encouragement.

Philosophy/religious studies at AS level and A2 and piano at beginner-intermediate are the subjects that I specialise in. I have extensive knowledge of Philosophy and also a lot of further knowledge around the subject, which is essential in achieving a high grade.
I have played the piano for 15 years and I learnt from an excellent pianist who was a perfectionist and had played for 60+ years professional. Therefore, I learnt to play at a very high standard and I would like to pass this knowledge I was lucky to gain on to others.

Availability: I am available every evening and during the weekends.

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: I have experience in helping friends and family for their studies and also helping out at my father`s tuition school. I also have experience in teaching piano, as I had weekly students when I was 12 years old as I was an advanced pianist at this age.
