I am a fully qualified teacher and musician, balancing a life of making music with teaching and tutoring. I have a large academic and general knowledge in many different subjects and can adapt and learn very quickly to various areas of a curriculum. I am a calm and patient tutor who is able to look at things through the perspective of others and offer contrasting views on topics to enable the most effective outcomes.

Availability: I am available most weekday evenings, some Sundays and weekdays in the school holidays.

Willing to travel: 20 miles

Experience: I have previously worked in secondary and primary schools, having been a head of music in a secondary school. I have tutored one on one in many different subjects including English and Maths as well as Music. I have worked with many different types of special educational needs as well as working with a stroke victim with his language rehabilitation. I have a particularly good understanding of autism and work extremely well with people who have this condition.
