I am currently a Head of Department (Geography) at a local secondary school in Southampton and I am currently looking to take on a small amount of tutoring.
My aim is to teach through making geography inspiring and relevant. I will ensure that I teach to the skills and ability of the student so that they achieve their maximum potential every session. I believe that every student has the capability of achieving beyond their potential if they put in the hard work and understand the skills required to sit a Geography examination.

Availability: Most evenings and some weekends (tbc)

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I have been teaching for 7 years and a Head of Department for 4. I have experience of a range of exam boards:
AQA
Edexcel
WJEC
IGCSE
I completed a degree in BA Geography at The University of Exeter and since, a PGCE at Swansea University - where I am from - before coming to Southampton to live.
