I believe that the tutee should feel enlightened, intrigued and enriched at the end of each lesson, as I strive to get a good understanding of the aims for the student and prepare the subject in advance. I continuously assess the student`s needs and adjust my teaching depending on whether a faster or slower pace is required, breaking subject topics down into steps to develop confidence, allowing for a more rewarding learning atmosphere. I feel that the student should be in a situation where they can ask questions and attempt answers without holding back. Therefore by always keeping a clear end-goal in sight, I hope my approach will not only inspire the student to continually strive for excellence, but to also continually achieve it.
