Hi! My name is Jaclyn, and I am a civil engineering undergrad offering tuition in KS3 Maths and Science, as well as GCSE/IGCSE/ Physics, Chemistry and Maths. Since 2018, I have been providing in person tuition but have recently decided to create an online profile to reach a wider range of students

Lessons are tailored to suit the student`s needs and depend on whether they need help understanding particular topics, are preparing for the upcoming academic year or revising for exams. Whatever the case, I will refer to the relevant syllabus and make sure each topic is fully covered. In our lessons, we will go over multiple solved examples and master how to apply learnt concepts to other questions. If required, I can also teach you how to use marking schemes to improve your exam technique.

I always aim to break down complex subject matter into much easier bitesized pieces so the student doesn`t get overwhelmed. I`m also very flexible with my teaching methods and will adjust to fit your need. Although professional, I take on a more laid back approach to avoid overwhelming students. I`m quite friendly and ensure that all of my students feel comfortable.

Experience: 2018: I tutored 3 students in an international school overseas in IGCSE Combined Science, Physics and Maths.

Since then, I have had the opportunity to support multipe GCSE and O Level Physics, Chemistry and Maths students.

2020-2021: I provided online GCSE and AS Physics tuition to multiple students as well as group KS3 Maths and Science lessons.

2021-2022 academic year:
I have tutored 21 students over the past academic year in KS3 Maths and Science, Nat 5 Maths and Physics, IGCSE Physics and Additional Maths, and GCSE Maths, Combined Science and Chemistry.
