I am a current Mathematics Science MSc Student at the University of Bristol. It was the gratification of a right and logical answer that sparked my passion for the subject and lead me to complete a degree in Mathematics. Sharing this passion with others is something I have always enjoyed since it brings such a rewarding feeling to know that I am enabling others to discover the beauty of the subject and to succeed in their academic careers.

Experience: I obtained a first class honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Leeds. I am a friendly, compassionate and approachable tutor who is passionate about education, always striving for the best in every student, allowing them to reach their full potential. I teach CGSE and A Level as well as undergraduate level.
I am a very experienced tutor who has helped numerous students of all abilities in Mathematics. I have tutored Mathematics for 5+ years, mainly A-level students in the past two years. Previous to this I also mentored two EAL (English as an additional language) Year 11 students where I helped them to improve on their core subjects, that is English, Maths and Science. I have also shadowed a Year 8 maths teacher where I assisted in his lessons, further explaining maths concepts to the students individually.
During my second year of university I was PAL (Peer-Assisted Learning) Mentor at the University of Leeds, a scheme in which I hosted a class of first year students each week, assisting their studies by helping them understand course material and providing support with question they found difficult.

I achieved an A* in Further Mathematics and A* in Mathematics and I have Stefanny to thank for it! She genuinely makes maths fun and interesting and will try many different methods when trying to get me to understand something - she really goes the extra mile for her students! Would 100 percent without a doubt recommend her. The way she explains and sets out the working for a problem is clear and concise and she explains what she`s doing at every step so it`s very easy to understand. She is very intelligent and can think of problems in a very out-of-the-box manner, helping me find different solutions to a problem in a way I can easily comprehend. She is also a very kind, caring, and helpful person and gave me useful advice to me about studying and working through problems. Stefanny without a doubt is an amazing maths tutor and I know that she was the key reason I was able to achieve A*s.

Stefanny is an excellent Math tutor, she has helped me work through A level further Mathematics questions and taught me complex concepts, breaking them down into simple easy to undertand steps. Stefannys lessons are very interactive and she always makes sure i undertand and that i am involved when solving Math problems. She is patient and dedicated which has made me look forward to going to lessons each week. Stefanny has also provided me with additional mathematical knowlege when teaching me a concept which has not only helped me achieve the correct answer but understand why the answer is correct . This has strengthen my problem solving abilities and built my confidence in Maths. Stefanny is very skilled in guiding me towards the correct answer with prompts and suggestions which has been very helpful. I am very lucky to have stefanny as my math tutor and would recomend her.
