I am a current Mathematics Science MSc Student at the University of Bristol. It was the gratification of a right and logical answer that sparked my passion for the subject and lead me to complete a degree in Mathematics. Sharing this passion with others is something I have always enjoyed since it brings such a rewarding feeling to know that I am enabling others to discover the beauty of the subject and to succeed in their academic careers.

Experience: I obtained a first class honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Leeds. I am a friendly, compassionate and approachable tutor who is passionate about education, always striving for the best in every student, allowing them to reach their full potential. I teach CGSE and A Level as well as undergraduate level.

I am a very experienced tutor who has helped numerous students of all abilities in Mathematics. I have tutored Mathematics for 5+ years, mainly A-level students in the past two years. Previous to this I also mentored two EAL (English as an additional language) Year 11 students where I helped them to improve on their core subjects, that is English, Maths and Science. I have also shadowed a Year 8 maths teacher where I assisted in his lessons, further explaining maths concepts to the students individually.


During my second year of university I was PAL (Peer-Assisted Learning) Mentor at the University of Leeds, a scheme in which I hosted a class of first year students each week, assisting their studies by helping them understand course material and providing support with question they found difficult.
