I`m a passionate teacher that has been teaching English since 2009. I have a 2:1 BAHons degree in Creative and Media Writing from Middlesex University, where I am also a Prize Winner from 2008. I have been teaching since 2009 and have experience tutoring at KS3 & KS4. My first tutee went from a D to an A in just 4 weeks and got a B overall in his results. I have also tutored at ks3 with my students all raising an entire level in 1 term and at KS2 I have tutored in numeracy and literacy and handwriting.

In addition to loving English I am a Musician so can also offer some instrumental tuition too.

Availability: During the holidays my availability is very flexible. During Term Time (September 2018)I will have availability after 3pm Mondays and Tuesdays and can arrange something for Wed-Fri but would need to be later. Contact me and we should be able to arrange something mutually convenient.
I also offer small group tutoring/revision classes at a slightly reduced rate per student. Enquire if interested.

Experience: I am an experienced teacher who has worked in multiple schools in Herts and Beds. I have spent two years at Bedford Academy as a Teaching and Learning Consultant. Prior to that I spent two years at Chancellor`s School and a year at Verulam Boys in St. Albans. I started my teaching at Barnwell School in 2009 for 4 years.
I have experience of teaching the new 9-1 GCSE with AQA and WJEC. In September I will be working at Onslow St. Audrey`s in Hatfield doing half a term supply before I take maternity leave. I will be continuing tutoring through the academic year and will be able to support students who are home schooled during the day too.
