Hi, my name is Finlay and I am a third year Biochemistry student at the University of Southampton offering GCSE maths and science tutoring.
I have over 3 years of tutoring experience in schools, teaching and aiding small groups in maths and science. My approach builds understanding around a topic, not just memorisation, using personalised revision materials and problems helping students build long term skills.

Availability: I am available weekdays from 5pm and all day weekends.

Experience: I have tutored maths and science in schools for 3 years, helping many students build confidence coming up to exams. I will always adapt my teaching style based on the students needs, making sure the teaching style works best for each individual student.
Being a Biochemistry student, I can not only bring subject knowledge into my tutoring but also an insight of how concepts in maths and science are used in the world of medicine and science.
