Information about David
I have over thirty years experience of teaching, and for most of that time have taught GCSE and A Level groups. I`ve tutored many students over the last twenty five years and know what a positive difference it can make. I can offer Maths at GCSE and Pure Maths at A Level, and have a strong knowledge of all three major exam boards - AQA, Edexcel and OCR.
My approach to tutoring is simple. I aim to build your confidence and understanding. I`m not there to judge, but to support. What I have learnt over the years is that when students start to grasp the style of exam questions and what the examiners are after, then everything starts to fall into place. I`m proud of the fact that many of my students in the past have improved their grades, and also benefited from their increased self-belief. I do believe that having a personal tutor can make a real difference.

This feedback is long over due. But David is the best tutor I have ever had. I first had lessons with him during GCSE for maths. I was struggling as I moved schools during my GSCE’s. He gave me so much encouragement and confidence. I went on to have lessons with him for Maths and Economics for A Levels. He always tailored lesson to suit me. Not only did he grow my confidence but also helped me feel that I had potential. He made me take a real interest in academics. I have since went on to gain a undergraduate degree in Economics and management. He has been a massive part of my educational journey and will recommend him to anyone.
