Hello I’m Maria! I’m a first year medical student at Cardiff university after achieving A* A* A in A levels. I teach KS3, GCSE and A level Maths, Chemistry and Biology as well as Medical school interview preparation and UCAT. Having just finished my A levels as well as the medicine interview process, I am really keen to share my tips on exam technique and studying methodology. I really enjoy teaching students of all abilities and thoroughly enjoy what I teach. Together we can achieve your desired marks all while enjoying the process!

I tailor my teaching toward the student as I realise each student has their own goals and learning styles. Whether it be understanding the topic or working through questions, I tailor my teaching towards the students` needs.

What I teach:
KS3: Maths, chemistry and biology
GCSE: Maths, biology, chemistry and additional maths (I did edexcel biology, chemistry and physics as well as CIE maths and add maths).
AS/A level: Chemistry, Biology and Maths (I did OCR maths and AQA chemistry and biology).
Medicine admission: interview practice, UCAT.

A bit about me:
I have started my first year in Cardiff medical school which I am really enjoying! In my free time I love to play badminton and piano.

Availability: This is my general availability however there may be some variation depending on my week:

Mon: 5-7
Tue: 5-9pm
Wed: 2-9pm

Fri: 5-9pm
Sat: 8am-9pm
Sun: 8am-5pm
