I would describe myself as professional and enthusiastic with high expectations of my students. I enjoy stretching and challenging high achieving students and supporting the most reluctant learners in equal measure. I`m able to build strong rapport with my students which helps to create a positive learning environment where students want to achieve.

Over the last two years I`ve also become a specialist in using technology to aid learning. For many students, technology can be a distraction. But it can be an incredible powerful tool when utilised correctly.

Experience: Four years of experience at two `outstanding` high attaining schools (Watford Grammar School for Boys & Caxton College in Spain).

I have also participated in a `Climbing Higher` program for two years in which personalised tutoring was given to GCSE students on the C/D boarder.

I`m also an experienced EFL teacher (English as a Foreign Language) having taught in in Spain, Italy and Thailand.

Exam boards I`ve primarily used are Edexcel (iGCSE English Lit & Lang) and AQA (A-level & GCSE).
