Bobby

Bobby graduated from Oxford University with a 1st in Music in 2015 and went on to train for 6 months in Music Production & Sound Engineering at Abbey Road. He is a very enthusiastic and friendly tutor with lots of experience working with children and older students. He attained Grade 8 Distinctions in piano and French horn aged 15, and went on to achieve a mark in the top 5 nationwide in A Level Music, and achieved the highest mark in his year at Oxford for Composition. Bobby is an experienced performer as pianist and singer, specialising in the genres of jazz, funk, classical and a cappella. At Oxford, he spent 2 years as Musical Director of popular a cappella group `Out of the Blue` as well as establishing himself as a composer and arranger. Since moving to London he has worked as a producer for Decca Records with Gareth Malone, James MacMillan and other artists, and had choral works performed and recorded by the BBC Singers. Bobby is a very easy-going person who is keen to help others understand music and share his passion for the subject!
