I am a young teacher who is still very much enthusiastic about my subject, which includes language, literature, and drama. I have enjoyed teaching since I started with summer schools at a local college when I was 17, and enjoy it still. I have had several successes over the last two years of teaching in secondary schools, and I am always looking to improve on my teaching and tutoring methods. As a tutor I hope to ensure students are successful at the subject I am tutoring, but also that they can grow just a little more as a person, including self-confidence and self-esteem.

Experience: I have recently passed both my NQT and QTS years in schools across Dorset. This has allowed me experience at all secondary Key Stages including at A-Level. I have also worked with KS2 students through a variety of roles including roles in education. While on Supply I have been in a variety of Primary schools across the area and have enjoyed my experience.
My primary subject is English, but have also taught Drama and introductions to Journalism and Creative Writing. I have worked with different exam boards and already have many resources that can help support, particularly Edexcel and AQA. My focus is primarily on KS3 and GCSE, though I can adapt to Primary level and EFL.
