I am a fully qualified Maths teacher. I am the Key Stage 4 Maths Coordinator in a very high attaining Academy. Part of my role includes intervention, and one of the most rewarding aspects of my job is providing the extra support, help and motivation for the pupils who are at risk of not reaching their target grades and trying to ensure they reach their absolute best. I teach AQA and Edexcel and have been an exam marker for AQA for 3 years.

Availability: I am available on Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings. I am also available Sunday afternoons from 3pm onwards. I travel home from Liverpool, so can tutor in Crosby and Formby as well as Southport.

Experience: I am the Key Stage 4 Maths Coordinator (including intervention) in a high attaining Academy that has been graded as Outstanding in all areas following the last two inspections. I have been teaching, for 9 years, 11-18 year olds. I have a first class honours degree in Mathematics and have also returned to University to complete my ‘Teaching Advanced Maths’ course. I have been teaching at the same Academy for the last 9 years. I teach pupils with very mixed abilities. I have been an exam marker for AQA for 3 years.
