Experience: I`m a qualified maths teacher with 16 years` experience teaching in schools; I currently teach maths at an independent girls` school in Sevenoaks. I have tutored students form KS3 to A level both in the local area and abroad. I am patient, helpful and have worked a lot with students who need their confidence improving, or need to work on their exam technique. I can help with GCSE and A level Maths (but not A level Further Maths)

Sarah has been tutoring my daughter for over a year now. Sarah is a very experienced Maths tutor and she always comes prepared for the lesson. She is very good at explaining complex concepts in a very simple language. She find gaps in knowledge and focuses her attention on fixing the gaps before moving onto more complex concepts. My daughter’s confidence levels at Maths have improved significantly. Sarah is highly recommended as an excellent tutor.

Sarah was extremely patient and professional when helping my daughter who has a lot of confidence issues regarding Maths. She made my daughter feel very comfortable and was very positive in her approach, and also sent her work to do every week which is exactly what we were looking for. A lot of the school work is set online and the teachers are not able to see the working out of the problems that the students do at home, therefore the mistakes involved in inputting the wrong answer on the software are not being identified. I sincerely recommend Sarah`s services.
