As a Geology graduate and qualified Secondary Science teacher, I love sharing my enthusiasm for Science!
I am a friendly, creative tutor, who enjoys using tried-and-tested teaching tools alongside educational technology in order to make learning exciting and effective!
Although I have experience of classroom teaching in a Secondary School, as well as having volunteered in a Sixth Form College to run exam preparation workshops, I have found that I much prefer working with students one-to-one, following a personalised workscheme to help individual students progress.
I am happy to provide tutoring on a short-term or long-term basis and I am currently able to provide completely flexible working hours.

Availability: As a full-time tutor I am able to offer tuition sessions every day Monday to Friday, after school and into the evenings. I do also offer occasional weekend group sessions and one-to-one intervention sessions.

Willing to travel: 4 miles

Experience: I have a PGCE in Secondary Science (with Chemistry A-Level and English as an Additional Language) from the University of Worcester and have worked in a Secondary School as a newly qualified teacher. I also previously delivered exam preparation workshops within the Earth Science department of a Sixth Form College.
