I`m an enthusiastic, patient and supportive language teacher. I`m passionate about both teaching and learning languages. £18-22 per hour.

Availability: Weekdays, some early evenings and weekends

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I`m currently teaching English in a school for foreign students who come to Norwich to improve their English speaking skills.

I`ve lived in Spain and France for over ten years where I taught English in private language schools such as BERLITZ, WALL ST INSTITUTE and ESMA. I have extensive experience with adults and children, individual and group classes catering for all levels.

I can help adults who`d like to learn or improve for travel, relocation abroad or simply as a hobby, and after having experience in the languages department of secondary schools I`d also be happy to prepare students for their GCSE or A level exams. I also have experience teaching young learners.

My qualifications include:


-PGCE
- Master FLE (to teach French as a foreign language obtained in France)
- BA Hons degree Modern Languages (English, French, Spanish)
- DPSI Spanish/English (Diploma of Public Service Interpreting), Institute of Linguistics
- CELTA (to teach English as a foreign language)

Although not a native speaker, the advantage of learning Spanish or French with me would be that I understand the learning process and having already experienced the various stumbling blocks during the learning process I can help you to avoid these and encourage you to discover the method that works best for you.

I focus on functional language which is practical and enables you to converse as soon as possible. We can work in whichever way that you feel happiest with using conversation, short stories, songs or grammar.
