I am a graduate from Newcastle University where I was awarded the degree of Master of Mathematics with First Class Honours.
Most recently I began studying for a PGCE in Secondary Science with the University of Sunderland.
I believe that education is one of the fundamental rights a person has and so I am passionate about reducing the inequality that many students in the area face. Primarily, education should not be about retaining facts and figures but should instead be about promoting understanding.
Availability: Evenings and weekends.

Experience: Secondary education: Year 7-Year 13 (Ages 11-18) in mathematics and science.
