I have been a Head of Drama for 25 years, within four secondary schools in London, Brighton, New Zealand and currently Hampshire; these have been in independent and state schools. I have also worked for Edexcel as an A Level moderator and examiner for many years. I have a tried and tested track record of outstanding results at GCSE and A Level. My teaching is rooted in the belief that all learning should be tailored to the individual and believe that everyone has the ability to achieve or exceed their potential.

I am married with two teenaged sons.

I am friendly, approachable and my pupils would describe me a having a good sense of humour. I foster excellent relationships with all of the pupils I teach and tutor.

Experience: I have a BA hons in Drama from Royal Holloway (2:1) and completed my teacher training (PGCE) at the prestigious Central School of Speech and Drama in London. I have a BA in Peace Studies/ PGCE English/Drama/Media Studies/ Professional Acting Diploma (Webber Douglas Academy). I have 25 years experience teaching Drama and Theatre Studies at GCSE and A Level and English and I have an extensive record of excellent results (mainly A*-B/9-6) at GCSE and A Level over many years. I have taught many different exam board syllabuses.
