My aim as a tutor is always to ensure that students have a better understanding of what they may have been struggling with before, l come up with new and exciting ways to teach and always keep learning as fun as I can but making sure the aim is to make children confident and have a positive outlook on work.
I used to work at a tuition centre for 2 years, here I would teach 11 plus and children of all ages, overall I get positive feedback from both children and parents. If needed I provide extra resources such as worksheets etc for children to take home and try their best to complete it.
A requirement of mine is that I prefer to tutor online :)
I do assign homework weekly as I think it is extremely important to develop a child`s initiative and how they can tackle questions independently. From giving homework I also gain an understanding of the child`s progress on that certain topic we have covered and if further practice is needed then I make sure that we tackle the topic till they are fully confident with it.

I have studied computer science at university and currently work full time as a junior software engineer.

Availability: I am available on weekdays 6pm-10pm
Weekends 12:30pm-7pm

Experience: I have 5+ years experience tutoring. I worked in a tutoring centre for 2 years teaching maths and English as well as teaching 11+ classes. I have also tutoring 1-1 and have gained many positive reviews and feedback!
